I am from Albania and I have a request. I have seen that you have made some edits on the Surinamese Wikipedia and I have seen too that you are from Ukraine, but since you have made some edits on the Surinamese Wikipedia, I think you may understand this language at some point.

I want to ask you, please can you create an article for Tirana, the capital of Albania on the Surinamese Wikipedia, with short content, and then add it to its corresponding Wikidata page.
